Getting India from “Developing”, to Developed.

Most people when they think about changing either a society or a country think in terms of a single layer.

The obvious answers that most people give are one of the two.

A. Politics
B. Mass citizens.

If you succeed in a, you get an AAP. If you succeed in b, you get the marina protests. Neither of which creates the kind of change needed.

The system is in such a way that disturbances in one layer are padded by the others so it is just a matter of time that, like memory foam, it goes back to its original shape.

There are at the least six layers that make up a society.

1. Citizens
2. Entrepreneurs and changemakers
3. Institutions and bureaucracy
4. Ideology
5. Politics
6. Defence.

Id perhaps add “global influence” as the 7th layer. All of these layers need to resonate in the same wavelength for the country to move in a certain direction. It needs to line up. Much of this is at war with each other right now and as a whole we come across as an example of cognitive dissonance. If they align and sync up, boom, things will take off like a rocketship — and truthfully it doesnt matter what the ideology is (you can agree that all men and women are equal or not. You can agree democracy is the way to go or not), but merely being in sync makes strides happen.

When that happens, india goes from “developing” to developed. Period.
